Mindware is a software vendor aims to provide tailor made systems, integrated applications and maintenance that contribute to all levels of your business increasing its performance - from the formulation of strategy, through implementation/ execution, monitoring, forecasting and reporting on progress.

Strategy execution can only succeed if people in an organization collaborate beyond organizational boundaries. Collaboration requires correct information, empowerment to act and commitment to work towards common goals. IT solution delivers the instrument to everyone’s desktop to take matters into their own hands and promotes continuous improvement throughout the organization without the loss of oversight.

Our aim is to facilitate strategy deployment throughout an organization and contribute to align the organization in the execution of strategic objectives based on our international experience and long term relations with corporate customers.

Mindware focuses foremost on web technology development in areas of banking, insurance and public sector. We perform systems development, integration and consultation to most well-known platforms.

Our customers are mainly from outside Estonia. Participating in those projects has given our people quite a considerable experience in international, multilingual and multicultural working environment. We have participated in projects in Sweden (S|E|B Group), Finland, England, Germany and of course, in Estonia.

About our team

At the moment we are team of 45 professional and motivated people, all of us have either Bachelor or Masters Degree and many years of developing experience. Open minded relations inside our company have lead us to productive and enjoyable teamwork.
All of our employees take part in the Operational Development which keeps us moving in the same direction and teaches us to take the same objectives and follow them.
